Shipping Policy
Do you offer free international shipping?
- If your order items are worth 60� (US$70) or more, it will be shipped for free!
- Special note: Due to increased courier charges, orders to South America and remote islands over 100� (US$117) will qualify for free shipping.
When do you ship our orders?
- Orders are dispatched within 1 working day of successful payment.
- Orders placed on working days by 1:00 PM UK time are usually shipped within the same working day.
How do you ship items?
- Our shop is located in UK, therefore, we ship all our items by registered airmail from UK.
- All items are covered for loss.
- With registered airmail, you need to acknowledge receipt of the package.
- If you are absent when the postman is delivering it, he will leave you a note to pick it up within a specific time (usually 8 days) at the post office.
- If you do not pick up the package by the stated date, it will be returned to us.
Can I track my package?
- You will get a tracking number to trace your package online.
- You will receive your tracking number by email after your order is shipped.
How long will it take to reach me?
- The average shipping time is 5-15 working days.
- Please contact us by e-mail if your parcel hasn't arrived within the above stated time.
What about Express Shipping?
- Do you need your order as soon as possible? Do you need a gift delivered quickly? Perhaps you just cannot wait to get your items!
- With Express Shipping, your order will be shipped via FedEx Express and usually arrives within only 1-5 working days.
- Express Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and delivery country with final shipping costs shown in the shopping cart.
Are there any customs duties or tax?
- Outside the EU
- Customs/duties depend on your shipping destination.
- Please check with your local authorities for the latest information.
- I'm in the EU. What about VAT?
- The EU has introduced a new system to manage VAT fees starting 1st July 2021, which enables online shops to pay for VAT directly.
- It means there are no longer any handling fees - nor will there be trips to customs; no surprise charges for you to pay!
- Customs fees will now only be incurred in the EU for orders over �150.
- EU customers will now find an additional one-off VAT charge to your orders starting July 1st, 2021.
- With everything managed in one streamlined system, you can browse and 'add to cart' with one less thing to worry about.
Return Policy
What happens if an item that I ordered is sold out?
In the rare case that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you before we ship your order to discuss a possible replacement or refund of that item.
How do I return an item?
- If for any reason you would like to return your item(s) you will have 7 days to do so.
- Please always contact us by e-mail before sending back any items.
- Please return all items in perfect condition including all tags and packaging and unused.
- You will need to include your name, address, phone number and email address plus your order date/number (if known). Please also add why you are returning the item.
How are refunds processed?
- Refunds will be credited to your account 2-3 working days within our receiving the returned item.
- We will refund you the total amount minus the shipping costs already incurred.
- If you ordered more than 60� (US$70) worth of goods and received free shipping we will refund the order value minus the actual incurred shipping costs.
There is a mistake in my delivered order. What should I do?
- Our goal is for you to have a perfect shopping experience.
- If we have made a mistake with your order, please let us know so that we can make things right!
- Please do not return products without contacting us first by e-mail.
What do I do with faulty or incorrectly delivered goods?
- If items in your order are damaged on arrival or we have sent you an incorrect item, we offer a replacement.
- In this case, you must notify us within 7 days of order arrival.
What happens if a replacement is not available?
- If for any reason a replacement is not available, a full refund including original postage cost will be offered.
- Please allow 2-3 working days for us to process your refund.
