Hansen Music productions, LLC is operated by David Hansen, a local drummer-percussionist, band-leader, and BMI writer and composer. His company provides “live” music for corporate events, private functions, weddings and festivals. The music they offer includes jazz bands, vocalist, 2nd Line Brass bands, Jazz funeral bands, Classical soloists to ensembles, Zydeco and Cajun, Gospel, Top 40 party bands, blues, classical, country, DJs, and jazz history presentations.

Mr. Hansen has performed many events worldwide and maintains a heavy performance schedule in New Orleans. He operates a music booking agency for our local Louisiana artists.

David has an Associate Diploma in Music (1984) from Malaspina College (now Vancouver Island University), Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada; and a Bachelor of Music (BM) in Jazz Studies Performance – Percussion Emphasis (1990) from the University of North Texas, Denton, TX.
