Three people have been arrested following a law enforcement raid on a residence in the Village of Horseheads on Friday and charged with multiple crimes. The Chemung County Sheriff's Office announced over the weekend charges were filed against Jennifer Savage, 44, and April Greene, 45, both of 147 Matthews Circle. On Monday, the Sheriff's Office added that charges were also filed against 41-year-old Michael Lyon Jr., of Erin.
