Noble Express has been a part of the Avica family since February 2018. In this time, we have been running this website and www.avica-uk.com in parallel.
From 5pm on Friday 20th December 2024, this website will be decommissioned and all traffic to the site will move across to www.avica-uk.com
The Avica website features over 20,000 products and we keep over 14,000 of these in stock for next day delivery on orders placed by 7pm. We are a true one stop shop for all of your catering and hospitality products.
If you have recently bought on this website, and have not yet bought on www.avica-uk.com you will be contacted by a member of our sales team to make sure that you are registered and setup on the Avica site.

If you would like to cancel an order that you have placed with us, please call us on 01604 660009 as soon as possible. Our lines are open between 8.30am and 7pm, Monday - Friday. Please have your order number and postcode to hand.
If your order has already been processed and dispatched, please follow the returns procedure outlined below:
Returning Goods
We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however we would be happy to issue a refund or exchange if required.
Products must be returned to us in a resaleable condition and in orginal packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Return Address: Avica UK Ltd (Returns), 1 Sovereign Court, South Portway Close, Round Spinney Industrial Estate, Northampton, NN3 8RH.
Please ensure that breakable items are packaged appropriately and enclose details of your name, a contact phone number and the reason for the return.
The cost of returning the product(s) and postal insurance is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
Any costs to deliver replacement goods will also be payable in advance by the customer.
Please be aware that a restocking fee may be applied in some instances and products which have been personalised (see product personalisation) are non-returnable.
Returning Faulty Goods
In the rare event that the goods you receive are damaged or faulty, please let us know within 7 days of delivery by calling 01604 660009 or emailing enquiries@nobleexpress.co.uk. We will then arrange to send out replacements as soon as possible.
Returning Equipment / Furniture
It is possible to return kitchen equipment or furniture but you should always have written confirmation from us before doing so. A restocking fee will apply of between 25 - 35% depending on the range. We also reserve the right to charge for carriage. In addition, it is essential that all equipment is returned in its original packaging together with all manuals and accessories.
