Having issues with your Covered Ooze device?
Ooze offers two limited warranty programs for Covered Devices. Warranty coverage only applies to the Covered Devices (listed below) and does not extend to Ooze products that do not include a battery including, but not limited to, silicone-glass, glass pieces, rolling trays, device attachments, and silicone accessories.
The warranty for a Covered Device is activated when
the Covered Device is registered using the authenticity code affixed to the base of the device or appearing on the scratch-off card included in the package. If you are not sure where to find the code for your Covered Device, refer to this blog for instructions.

Ooze Standard Limited Warranty
The Ooze Standard Limited Warranty (the “OSLW”) provides warranty coverage for a Covered Device for a period of five (5) years from the date of retail purchase or delivery, whichever is later.
The OSLW applies to only the following Covered Devices:
- Smart Battery
- Digit
- Twist Slim Pen 2.0
- Twist Hot Knife (battery ONLY)
- Slim Twist
- Slim Twist Pro
- Touchless
- Quad
- Quad 2
- 650 Standard / 650 Twist
- 900 Standard / 900 Twist
- 1100 Standard / 1100 Twist

Ooze Limited Warranty
The Ooze Limited Warranty (the “OLW”) provides warranty
coverage for a Covered Device for a period of one (1) year from the date of retail purchase or delivery, whichever is later.The OLW applies to only the following Covered Devices:

In addition to using your Covered Device with care and performing regular cleaning, here are some details to note before filing a warranty claim:
- The OLSW and OLW only apply to Covered Devices purchased on Oozelife.com
- Individuals filing a warranty claim must be at least twenty on (21) years old.
- All warranty claims are subject to the discretion of Ooze.
- Covered Devices purchased from third party sellers only qualify for coverage under the OSLW or OLW, as applicable, if Ooze is provided with a dated receipt evidencing the purchase of the Covered Device.
- The OSLW and OLW only cover vaporizers and not the attachments or additional functions (like
the speaker on the Movez).

What Covered Device defects are covered by the OSLW and OLW?
- Covered Devices that don’t turn on.
- Ooze Smart USB charging issues.
- Covered Devices that no longer hold a charge
- Covered Devices that do not charge at all.
- Covered Device internal malfunctions.

What Covered Device concerns are NOT covered by the OSLW and OLW?
• Lost or stolen Covered Devices.
• Wear and tear on a Covered Device from normal use.
• Damage caused by cartridge/atomizer leaks.
• Water damage.
• Use of the Covered Device other than for its intended purpose.
• Damage caused by a personal attempt at repair.
Is there anything that voids warranty coverage by the OSLW or OLW?Yes, any Covered Device that has been altered or modified in any way is no longer eligible for OLSW or OLW coverage. Disqualifying
alterations or modifications to a Covered Device include, but are not limited to:
• Rhinestones or decal attachment
• Adding glue of any kind to the device
• Stickers or paint
• Use with a non-Ooze attachment.
• Charging with a non-Ooze charger.
• Counterfeit devices.
• Damage caused to the Covered Device by attempting to access internal device components.
*You should never attempt to open up your any Ooze branded device or access the lithium-ion battery. This is extremely dangerous and will immediately void your the OSLW or OLW.
