With our state of the art facilities, we are able to offer a CAD Design and Artwork service for prospective customers. We are specialists in Adobe Creative Suite and Alphacam CAD software, allowing us to unlock your product’s full potential.
Our state of the art in house printing facility utilizes the latest wide format and flatbed printing technologies, enabling us to print onto any material or surface.
Our preferred colour model is RGB, as this gives a punchier array of colours. However, we have print profiles for both RGB and CMYK, as well as being able to work with HEX and RAL colour models too.
Our capabilities include: Posters, Fine Art Prints, Canvas Printing, Splashbacks, and Promotional Printed Products.

Manufactured to Order
Orchard Melamine is a proud British Manufacturer. We have invested significantly in improving our production line’s capacity over the past 2 years, leading to further improvements in our quality and lead time. Our usual lead time can vary between 1 to 6 weeks, depending on the volume of the order and seasonal fluctuations. Please call our team to discuss accurate lead times before ordering.
We appreciate that sometimes mistakes can happen and an urgent deadline reveals itself last minute. We provide an express service for such occasions. The express service guarantees priority in our production schedule.
