Pamela J. Miller is a Clinical & Forensic Social Worker. She is also an Attorney.

Miller has been with the Child Maltreatment Policy Resource Center since 2019. She is a highly trained trauma specialist and has led the Center’s multi-year Intrafamilial Child Torture (ICT) initiative since its inception. Professionals from 83 countries have downloaded her papers and attended her trainings. Miller has also served as an expert and author on mandated reporting of child abuse, child sexual abuse, and social work ethics.

Mofe Koya is a Professional Assistant & Graduate Intern.

She assists Ms. Miller with communications, case management, work flow, and document review. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Ms. Koya is currently a graduate student at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where she is an Ohio Innocence Project Fellow. She is a 2028 Juris Doctor Candidate.
