Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP announced today that financial regulatory lawyer Prem Mohan will join the firm as a partner and head of European Financial Services Regulation, resident in London. Mohan advises on the regulatory aspects relating to the structuring and formation of private funds and M&A and private equity transactions.
“We are thrilled to welcome Prem, one of the leading regulatory lawyers in Europe, to our partnership,” said Paul, Weiss Chairman Brad S. Karp. “His specialized background in this critical area will be invaluable to our private equity clients pursuing global deals and fundraises.”
