About Hope *On Trial*
*hope is currently trialling her new home* this sweet, gentle little dog is hope and she’s looking for a new forever home after misplacing her old one – will it be with you?????
we can’t believe this adorable dog was left behind at the pound, lucky for hope she was sharing a pen with a lovely older foxy x who took hope under her wing and they cuddled up at night to keep warm. The foxy x is safe with another rescue group while our hope has settled in well into foster care where her new best friends are 2 cats who she gets along awesomely with. Hope is also terrific with the household’s guinea pig, evinrude, who’s been sick so hope lies next to him on his blanket and watches over him like she’s his guardian angel! she is an affectionate little dog who enjoys cuddles and attention. She isn’t an “in your face” type of dog and she’s not at all barky; as a matter of fact hope is an absolute sweetheart who’d be more than happy being a lap dog!!
pretty girl hope is quite low-maintenance only needing a short walk or a run around the backyard to use up her energy. Being a shih tzu cross little hope doesn’t shed much hair though she’ll require a good brush once a week and a clip when required. Secure fencing, chicken necks to chew on, toys to play with and lots of love will make adorable little hope very happy indeed! and at less than 4kgs faith is a terrific “take-anywhere” size!! she even has a cute little under-bite! :)
as hope is already housetrained she’d be best suited to an indoor / outdoor lifestyle with either a nice friendly doggie or kitty companion or on her own but only if she won’t be left alone for long periods of time especially while she’s settling in. Hope’s either been sleeping in her carers room or in the laundry depending on how cold the nights have been. If you’ve got a home that will make hope feel safe and secure for the rest of her life then please download and complete a sarg dog application form by following this link: http://www. Sarg. Net.
