- Where do you ship to?

We ship to anywhere in South Africa.

- Do you offer Collection / Pick Up?

We offer Collection / Pick Up to those who are close by or find this option more convenient and/or just prefer arranging their own transport. One of our representatives will give you a call once your order has been placed to let you know when it will be ready for collection. Depending on what you've ordered, your order will be ready for pick up / collection within 2 to 14 days. We promise to keep you informed along the way!

- How are shipping rates calculated?

Shipping rates / costs are calculated at checkout, giving you the option to choose your preferred service level and rate. Our shipping charges are based on cart weight, offering reasonable shipping prices for all order sizes.

- How long does delivery take?

Overnight - 1 to 2 working days
Express - 1 to 3 working days
Economy - 3 to 5 working days

- How can I track my delivery?

You will either be emailed or sms'd your tracking link (depending on the option you choose upon checking out), as well as updates along your order's journey to your door (for eg. parcel collected, parcel out for delivery etc.).
