UK Shipping

We aim to deliver your order within 3-7 days.

We use Royal Mail Tracked to ensure your products arrive with you safely.

For larger or bulky orders your order may be sent by courier.

International Shipping

We use Royal Mail International Tracked to ship orders internationally. Costs are weight based and are calculated at checkout. Max parcel size for international orders is 2KG.

For orders being shipped outside of the UK, we aim to deliver to Western European destinations within 4-10 working days, Eastern European destinations within 6-14 working days and worldwide within 8-20 working days.

Customs Charges

Depending on your country shipments sent outside of the UK may be subject to customs duties and/or taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. We recommend checking your country's customs charges and threshold prior to ordering to avoid disappointment, as we are unfortunately unable to cover customs charges.

Since January 1st this applies to countries within the EU. These charges will depend on the destination country and the value of the parcel.

If your delivery estimate has passed, please check your tracking number or get in touch by phone on +44 333 323 8979, or e-mail us, quoting your name, order number and the complete delivery address and we will look into it straight away for you.
