World has been committed to the development and production of power press machines since it was established in 1953. More than 100 experienced engineers are working in the three R&D centers, one in Shanghai, one in factory and another one in Ningbo. More than 2000 workers are working in the two factories, one in Danyang City and the other one in Shenyang City. Production capacity is more than 5000 units presses per year.

World produce most of the parts from material casting, steel plate cutting, welding, machining to assembling and testing. Especially the world patent wet type pneumatic clutch, lower noise, cleaner, easier maintenance and longer service life.

Fast delivery standard machines stock for sale

Standard C frame single crank press and eccentric press are always some units stocking for sale. 2 weeks to 30 days lead time for customized order. Big press line such as car body parts stamping line could be ready for shipment within 4 months after order. Spare parts have always been in stock, can be shipped at any time. All of these are due to our strong manufacturing capabilities and high self-producing rates. We have exporting center in Shanghai with professional team to follow up logistic and document process. This also saves a lot of time in middle process.

One-stop solution of automatic press line and metal forming process

World can supply power press machines from 6.3 tons small size to 2500 tons big size. C frame or H frame, crank press, eccentric gear press or link press, single point, 2 points or 4 points press, are all available. Customized press order is also acceptable. World can supply the automatic accessories such as uncoiling machine, straightening machine and roller feeder machine, transfer manipulators and robot. Other metal processing machines such as hydraulic shearing machine, hydraulic press brake and laser cutting machine, customer can buy all of them in same factory. World provides one-year warranty for all the machines. World will provide parts freely if quality problem within warranty. World has an experienced global service team and engineers could be dispatched to customer’s factory for installation, training and after sales service. Urgent spare parts could be fast shipped by courier or by air. And World will establish some service offices in some markets for better service soon. 7/24 service on line: phone calling, email, video calling… Each World brand metal forming machine has a unique serial number. Customer just need to tell us this number and World can find all memos of this machine in World Customer Service System. Company Profile

World Precise Machinery (China) is the biggest branch factory of World Group which is focusing on producing and technology researching of power press machines. The original factory was built in 1953 to produce small eccentric punching machines for new China industry. World Group bought this factory in 1998 and expanded the production capacity and the product ranges. Now World can supply power press capacity from 6.3ton to 2500ton, C fame and H frame crank press, tie-rod and mono block type eccentric gear press, hydraulic shearing machine and bending machine (press brake), fiber laser cutting machine and the automatic accessories such as decoiler, straightening machine and roller NC feeder.
