Every Action-Packed Character From 'DNF Duel' Ranked
- 1
Ghostblade
Dangerously quick, ludicrous range and easy yet destructive combos just scratch the surface of what makes Ghostblade one of the best and most important characters in DNF Duel. On top of being a ranged powerhouse, Ghostblade can summon a ghost partner to help overwhelm and massacre opponents. With 2 devastatingly powerful and speedy characters attacking at the same time, Ghostblade can and will make quick work of anyone who isn't absolutely prepared for him.
- 2
Striker
The only thing holding Striker back is her imagination, as she comes equipped with some of the most devastating and creative hit combos in DNF Duel, or any fighting game for that matter. With the ability to chain quite literally any attack into a combo, the only thing holder Striker back is the second it takes to decide what to hit her opponent with next. While she may have some trouble getting in there with more ranged-focused fighters if she is able to land a single blow, be prepared for an onslaught of devastation.
- 3
Inquisitor
A fairly standard character in DNF Duel, the Inquisitor's backstory seemingly outweighs her attack ability in many senses, but there is one attack that any and all DNF Duel lovers know that makes her a must-play fighter, and that is, of course, her magnificent Death Wheel. An attack that thrusts a massive spinning wheel of death that consumes anything in its path, this one attack alone makes Inquisitor an incredibly fun character that all players have to try.
- 4
Swift Master
Widely regarded as one of the most overpowered characters in not only DNF Duel but in any fighting game ever, Swift Master is the perfect culmination of nearly every character in the game. With the ability to control the entire screen with attacks that range from all over the map, to the ability to do all of his specials while in the air, Swift Master is a devastating and incredibly powerful character for anyone who can master the airborne timing of his attacks.
- 5
Grappler
The Grappler is, as his name would suggest, a close-combat grappling type fighter, and while in most other games this wouldn't seem too out of the ordinary, in DNF Duel where characters are flying all over the place and hitting opponents with bazookas from halfway across the world, he sticks out like a sore thumb. While his attacks may be powerful, with the slowest speed in the entire game and the need to be right next to opponents, this is undoubtedly one of the most difficult characters to master in the game.
- 6
Dragon Knight
A rather unique and gimmicky fighter, the Dragon Knight is iconic in her namesake, her Dragon. With the ability to have a little buddy following players around, shooting fireballs and lifting themselves in the air, the Dragon Knight is a wonderful character that provides something incredibly unique that many fighting games don't have. Her attacks may be fairly basic, her strength and speed are neutral, and she doesn't have the greatest range, but she is so fundamentally sound that even without the Dragon she is an adequate fighter, but with it, she is taken to a whole other level.
- 7
Vanguard
Widely regarded as one of the best Neutral characters in all of DNF Duel, Vanguard comes ready to fight with a massive and deadly blade that not only deals incredible ranged damage but also beautifully and easily mixes into devastating combos that will eat at players' health rapidly. While some of his attacks may take some time to warm up, his ability to armor his attacks makes him a masterful puzzle to solve, as once he connects, it is all but game over for his opponents.
- 8
Berserker
An excellent beginner character, Berserker is a masterful Rushdown fighter that while easy to learn, is incredibly difficult to master thanks to his incredible Frenzied state. While all of Berserker's attacks may be fairly generic, his speed isn't too impressive and his range is nothing to write home about, while Frenzied, he gets a boost to all of his attacks and becomes a devastating fighter, with a catch. While in this state, he is slowly losing HP and is essentially a ticking time bomb, so it all comes down to the question of if players can take down their opponent before they get taken down by themselves.
- 9
Launcher
An absolutely exorbitant amount of weapons come standard with Launcher, and for any player who wants to see a character simultaneously wield a flame thrower, a rocket launcher, a mini gun, a plasma cannon, and the ability to call in full blow cruise missiles, this character is a must-play. Launcher is essentially the Ranger on steroids, showcasing a wide array of ranged attacks that do devastating damage, and her attacks more than live up to the ridiculous setup that comes with them.
- 10
Hitman
Arguably the easiest character to get accustomed to and learn the basics of DNF Duel with, Hitman may seem overwhelming with his massive katana in one hand and mini-uzi in the other, however, this character is the perfect introductory character for newcomers to the franchise. Showcasing simple by-the-numbers attack patterns, basic combos, and insane range make this primarily Neutral fighter perfect for learning the basics.
- 11
Lost Warrior
An unlockable boss in DNF Duel, Lost Warrior is one of the most bizarre and confounding characters in the entire game. The ability to teleport, shoot out multiple projectiles, attack from the complete another end of the mad, and of course, the most devastating ability to stop time and absolutely massacre opponents make the Lost Warrior a devastating character, however, his moves are incredibly difficult to time and control, so players will need to put the time in to master him.
- 12
Kunoichi
Every fighting game needs its resident ninja, and Kunoichi showcases one of the best ninjas in any fighting game. Rapid movement, wonderful ranged attack, and the ability to overwhelm enemies with debuffs from her special attacks make Kunoichi a wonderful blend of Striker and Grappler. While she can throw everything from fire tornados, to fireballs, her most iconic and wonderful move is to summon a flaming frog from hell to deal massive damage to opponents, and that is something worth getting excited about!
- 13
Ranger
Wonderful to troll your friends with but annoying beyond belief if players are forced to play against, Ranger is one of the most infuriating and wonderful characters in DNF Duel. Containing a wide variety of full-screen ranged attacks as well as launchable grenades, players never need to leave their side of the screen to deal out some monstrous damage, but if they do, Ranger's incredible speed and movement attacks just make him the most pristine troll character.
- 14
Enchantress
Arguably one of the most difficult characters to master in all of DNF Duel, Enchantress is an incredible dual character that will undoubtedly take days, if not weeks to master. Coming equipped with her own personalized death puppet bear that players can control, players will have to learn two move sets in one while playing as Enchantress, and while all of their attacks are more than adequate, there is nothing truly special or devastating that warrants the lofty learn time.
- 15
Crusader
Masterfully mixing simplicity with power, the Crusader is the ideal character to deal the absolute most damage possible while still learning the basics of DNF Duel. This devastation of Big Boy damage has incredible range thanks to his trusty hammer that can reach nearly the entire battlefield, but the most devastating attack undoubtedly comes from his Wall, which can shrink the arena and force players to come mere feet away from his devastating bombastic attacks.
- 16
Troubleshooter
Wielding 2 massive shotguns and coming equipped with devastating grenades, Troubleshooter is a masterful ranged Neutral fighter that can deal unfathomable damage from a distance, but also needs to potentially hurt himself in the process. His ability to drink may boost his attack power, but it also rapidly decreases players' health, so while Troubleshooter may have wonderful combos and range, he still may take some time to master.
