01
Our success is largely due to the long-term client relationships we’ve built and nurtured over the years. We support our team to carry on that work, through taking ownership of problems, being responsive to the needs of others and recognising the importance of good communication.
02
We believe in continuous personal development and this includes having the confidence to question everything and take considered, creative risks. Only by rejecting the norm can we make a difference that lasts. Only through constant innovation can we build a better world.
03
We take pride in the fact that what we do really matters: to the people who use these buildings, to the people whose pensions and futures are invested in these assets, and to the future of our planet. For this reason, we push to ensure data is accurate, solutions are feasible, and all knock-on impacts are considered.

Our role is to help a wide range of stakeholders do their jobs better – from fund managers to maintenance engineers. This means delivering swift, holistic solutions that are backed by detailed technical accuracy and expertise.
Our journey started in 2017, when founding directors, Neil and Andrew, partnered with EVORA Global to form a new company that aimed to overcome the siloed approach within the commercial real estate sector to sustainability and engineering solutions. The new company, EVORA EDGE, was created to help formulate, translate, and embed sustainability strategies into the decision making of property fund and facilities managers, and the people who managed their assets on a day-to-day basis.
In 2019 Neil and Andrew completed a management buy-out of EVORA EDGE to enable the company to develop its own technical, growth and marketing strategies. The company has since expanded rapidly: broadening our in-house expertise and pursuing solutions to improve transparency and reduce risk for building owners. We've worked to put digital expertise at the centre of our development. Integrating industry leading products such as IES and One Click LCA means we can offer cutting edge solutions like dynamic simulation models of buildings to modelling the true cost of a net-zero pathway.
Alongside the high-level sustainability strategies, we also had a need to standardise our audit reporting, and to digitise information held at a site level, often in hard copy O&M manuals. In 2020, we also launched our own in house software solution, in collaboration with our key clients, through the creation of a sister company, EDGE APM Ltd. EDGE APM has enabled us to speed up and improve consistency across our portfolio level reports and granular asset management processes.
Recognising the need for a clear brand identity, we embarked on an ambitious plan in 2023 to review and refocus the business on its core disciplines whilst embedding software at the heart of technical asset management. In early 2024, we launched Resero into the world, marking the next stage of our journey. Some things remain the same however, with the challenges of global warming bringing an urgent focus to the work that we do, we remain passionate about being part of the ‘change’ and bringing forward some exciting and innovative solutions.
