At Rug Love, we understand the excitement of finding that perfect rug. If your desired rug isn't immediately available, you can reserve it through our pre-order service. Here’s what you need to know:

Approximate Due Dates

For each pre-order product, we provide an approximate due date for your reference. Once your pre-ordered item is back in stock, we will automatically ship it to you—no need to reach out to us. Please allow for our standard dispatch and delivery times.

Due Dates Apply Universally

The pre-order due date we provide applies to all orders, regardless of when they were placed. If the due date changes or is pushed back, the updated date will apply to all pre-orders, irrespective of the original date quoted at the time your order was placed.

Potential Shipping Delays

Due to the ongoing crisis in the Red Sea, some shipping vessels may need to navigate longer routes, which could potentially delay the delivery of your pre-order.

Live Pre-Order Due Dates

We are the first rug store to offer live pre-order due dates, updated hourly to provide you with real-time information on when your selected rug will be available for delivery. This ensures that no other retailer will receive a pre-ordered rug faster than we do.

Deposit Option

We are proud to be the only rug store offering a 20% pre-order deposit option, allowing you to secure your desired rug without full upfront payment. Once the item is back in stock, you will automatically receive an invoice via email to pay the balance. Payment can be made using Klarna, Clearpay, Laybuy, PayPal, and other accepted methods. This option guarantees the rug at its present price, regardless of any future price increases.

Changing Arrival Dates

Estimated arrival dates can sometimes change due to factors beyond our control. For the latest updates, please check our website, where we refresh the data every hour based on the latest information from our suppliers. Remember, the provided date is when we expect the rug to arrive back in stock, not the delivery date to your doorstep. If you prefer not to wait or encounter an unexpected delay, you can cancel your order through your order confirmation page for an instant, full refund.

Monitoring Expected Delivery Dates

We kindly ask you to monitor the expected delivery date on our site before and after your purchase, as these are updated hourly. We do not offer financial compensation for delays beyond our control. If waiting becomes too frustrating, you can always cancel for a full refund at any point.

Fluctuating Pre-Order Dates

Pre-order due dates may fluctuate before stock arrives. If potential date changes might be frustrating for you, we suggest waiting until the item is back in stock before placing your order.

Last Unit

Occasionally, a product may be marked as "Last One" on the product page, indicating it's the final available unit from the manufacturer. While we strive to secure this item for you, there is a chance it may become sold out or unavailable. If this happens, we will promptly reach out to you with the option of a refund or information on the next stock batch. Stock status and due dates are consistent across all UK retailers since we rely on the same suppliers.

Terms of Service

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept our terms of service, including delivery and pre-order procedures along with our return and refund policies. These terms are available on every product page, our help center, home page header and footer, return portal, chatbot, order confirmation email, and all subsequent emails from us. Any failure to review these terms cannot be attributed to Rug Love. If any aspect doesn't align with your preferences, we respectfully request you refrain from ordering.
