NOTE: Most of our Ben & Jerry's products are approved by the European Vegetarian Union (EVU). However, there are a few products* that have not been approved by the EVU. This is because some of the ingredients used in the ice cream come from the USA and although they are made using eggs from "cage-free hens" this is different to the EVU's definition of "free-range hens". The products do however meet the Food Standards Agency's definition for Vegetarian and therefore can be considered suitable for vegetarians.
