This source allowed us to visualize what living and working conditions felt like during this time. They achieved this by describing in great detail the working conditions and provided us with very helpful sayings from people alive during this time. This book was a huge help for our steel and oil industry tabs.

We wanted to make use of every little space possible to provide as much information as we could and this source did just that. It gave us famous quotes from people like Carnegie, Morgan, Tesla, Edison, and Ford.

This source helped us discover how this event affected society and how it played such an important role in modern manufacturing and industrialization. This lead us to an inside look on how factories were run during the revolution. lt also allowed us to explore the ways the revolution changed the United States. Wooten, Sara Mclintosh. This book gave us an overall image of how the production of items changed from everything by hand to using machinery to mass produce products.

On this website, the creators developed a timeline full off facts and events that we used all throughout out our website, but we focused all that attention on the car tab, and how Ford really got into the car industry. We used this information to put into the tab Electricity and it played a part in the interactive timeline.

Timeline of Thomas Edison's Life Dec. 3 http://www.pbs.orelwgbh/amex/edison/timelinelindex?.html To better understand Thomas Edison and his career in the electric industry we used this site to increase our intellect on the subject. lt provided spectacular information on certain events in his life that we used in our timeline and our electricity tab.

October 23, 2012 This lm dwelled deep into the history behind the industrial Revolution. lt provided great information on Cornelius Vanderbilt and how his shipping industry turned into one of the greatest railroad empires in America. lt also explained about John D. Rockefeller who started out as a small business man but through intellect and determination created the world's largest oil company and the richest man in the world. We used this information for much of the oil and railroad tabs. "Bloody Battles." Campbell Scott, Reams Patrick, The Men Who Built America. History Channel. October, 23 2012. ln this lm it was explained to us about the life of Andrew Carnegie and his steel empire and his rivalry with John D. Rockefeller and his Oil industry.

This information was used in our Steel industry and Oil industry tabs also in was used in our interactive timeline. "Changing the game." Campbell Scott, Reams Patrick, The Men Who Built America. History Channel. Oct. 30 This documentary gave us the necessary information on completing the steel and oil industry tabs it gave information on Thomas Edison, Nikola Tesla and JP. Morgan and his banking industry. We took all this information and distributed it into three tabs Oil Steel and JP. Morgan t perfectly in the electricity tab.

Men Who Built America. History Channel. November 17 This lm proved very useful in the car tab since it gave us information on Henry Ford and his invention of the car affordable for the common man. lt also was good for the closing of the Oil industry and Steel industry.

This source gave us our video segments we have properly placed throughout our website. Google.com/images Google has searched through a wide variety of websites and brought them forth to us so we could use these on different tabs. It gave us a good visual on how living through this revolution would have looked or even felt like. We werent really sure if we needed to sight each individual picture and are planning on asking the judges.
