Dr. M. P. PANDIKUMAR
Dr. M. P. Pandikumar, Associate Professor (Finance) at PSG Institute of Management. He has completed post graduation course on Finance and control (MFC) in Madurai Kamaraj University. He has completed his Ph.D. in Alagappa University. He has published three papers in the national journals viz. financial services and Insurance. He has conducted many training and development programmes for teachers, students of various levels. He organized many State level and National seminars as an organizer at various point of time. He authored a book on Management Accounting for PG management students to get more insight on the course. In addition to the above, he prepared and authored study materials for Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. He is right now engaging in the research cum consultancy project for Insurance Institute of India. In addition, he is an academic consultant for Data mining Research India Pvt. Ltd. for evolving excel financial templates. He is right now about to complete a book on Financial Management for International Publishing house. Having greater passion in training and development programmes, he regularly organises FDP and Workshop on various themes related to Derivatives, Excel Modelling and Research methods using SPSS.

Finance, though it is considered as heterogeneous function of management , it at always draws novelty ideologies from various disciplines. Now a days, learning and equipping finance and its elective courses using excel applications is inevitable among the B-Schools due to rapid developments of Globalisation ; warrant them to outreach the expectations of Business fleeces. To manifest the Global changes in finance , the programme facilitates the students to learn finance using excel applications.
Dr. N. VIJAYAKUMAR
Dr. N. Vijayakumar has obtained doctoral degree in Finance entitled An Empirical Study on Equity based Options market in India from Department of Financial Studies, University of Delhi South Campus, New Delhi during 2009. He holds M.Com (Business Finance) and M.Phil (Finance) degree from Department of Commerce, Pondicherry University. Before joining PSG, he worked as Lecturer of Finance in the Department of Banking Technology (School of Management), Pondicherry University. He has more than 5 years of teaching experience in the field of Accounting and Finance. He has written 12 research papers and 6 articles, which are published in refereed national and international journals as well as presented 11 papers in the national and international conferences.

Highlights the importance of Excel applications in Financial Management i-e Time value of Money and its applications. Valuation. 5.
