    The new version 5.4.1 of the Transfer Matching System will be available at https://prod.fifatms.com on Tuesday, 25 June 2013. This document summarises the major changes included in this version.

    1. Access
    Lost password

    A video and Quick Access Guide are now available on the lost password screen to provide assistance in the password recovery process. Log out

    The Log out button is now available on the main screen to make it easier to exit TMS once you have completed your work.

    2. Transfers
    Locked transfers

    To ensure the integrity of the data, each transfer is locked by the club or association that is currently working on it to prevent other parties from making updates. A Locked symbol is now displayed in such cases and positioning the mouse over the symbol reveals who is currently working on the transfer. Date of expiry / termination

    As the players former contract must have expired or been terminated before the transfer can be confirmed in TMS, the corresponding date field in the Former club tab is now subject to this validation rule and dates in the future are no longer accepted.

    Solidarity and training compensation to clubs not in TMS

    Solidarity and training compensation often applies to amateur clubs not listed in the TMS database. To support this, there is now a feature to add club details when declaring instalments of solidarity and training compensation in the transfer instruction.

    To complete the picture, the same feature is also available when entering actual payments of solidarity and training compensation.

    Solidarity and training compensation payments to associations

    Article 3.3 of Annexe 4 and article 2.3 of Annexe 5 of the FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players state that, under certain circumstances, solidarity and training compensation may be paid to a players former association. To support this, it is now possible to select an association from the list of recipients when creating or editing a payment.

    3. Stakeholders
    Club training category

    The club training category is now displayed in the club overview and an additional filter is available to search for clubs according to their training category.
