    It is assumed that in ideal conditions the first part stretch (continuous) will be constructed by the end of 2 years along

    with work in progress in the other reaches with target of achieving the following shown % of completion in different years. The reaches so constructed will be generating the revenue by running in these part completed reach from within the available resources. The revenue so generated will be able to meet out the contingent expenses required for this operations and are thus not included in the project revenue. This arrangement will facilitate the movement of the local inhabitants.
