    ATTORNEY in our favour is enclosed herewith. Please take the same on record and

    We are submitting herewith application on FORM TM-50 for altering the address for
    service in the above registered trademark. The requisite fee of Rs.500/- is remitted
    through our enclosed cheque.

    The subject trademark was registered and forwarded with renewal notice on 29

    December, 2012 stating that renewal application be filed within 6 months. Copy of
    said letter is enclosed.

    We are also submitting herewith application on FORM TM-12 for renewal of the
    subject trademark. The aforesaid request is also supported by the copy of
    Registration Certificate. The necessary fee of Rs.5,000/- is remitted through our
    enclosed cheque.

    We, therefore, request that the above trademark is renewed for a further period of 10
    years and the renewal certificate is forwarded to us at an early date.
