How far is Avida Towers One Union Place in ARCA South from the West Valley Fault (WVF)? The project site is located +/- 1.4 Kms away from the surface trace of the WVF. To ensure safety, earthquake hazard assessment, structural analysis, peer review, and code compliance with the National Structural Code of the Philippines were diligently considered. Also, the professional services of a reputable consultant were engaged to undertake the structural design of the building in accordance with the uniform building code, which takes into consideration the efects of gravity, wind, and earthquake in the structural analysis and design of buildings, residential condominiums included How certain is the Intermodal Transport System (ITS)? The NEDA Board has already approved the implementation of the two transportation systems in PRA and FTI under PPP in 2013. TOR for the project is being fnalized by DOTC being the project proponent. And also, part of the approved conceptual design of the Skyway is the dedicated ramp for the ITS. Are we certain about the skyway ramp connection? The Toll Regulatory Board (TRB), CITRA, PNCL and ALI have already agreed on the design, alignment and the connection of Skyway to ARCA South (formerly FTI Complex). The DOTC will soon fnalize the documentation of the STOA and evaluation of the Skyway-C5/C6 connection project of CITRA before approval by the president.
