Subject: AT&C Losses It is informed that the Management has assured the Govt. of Haryana/Govt. of India that AT&C losses in respect of different cities i.e. Gurgaon, Faridabad, Hisar, Hansi and Sirsa shall be brought down to 15% by the end of December, 2006. Accordingly, the Management has desired that all out efforts be made to reduce the AT&C losses to 15% by 31 st
December, 2006 by means of bringing out all meters outside the houses and installing the same on poles or in pillar boxes. The expenditure to be incurred in respect of Faridabad, Hisar, Hansi and Sirsa towns may be booked to APDRP works under head Meters . Superintending Engineer, OP Circle, DHBVN, Gurgaon may prepare the scheme under NCR so that necessary action for getting the same approved from NCRPB is taken on priority. Action taken report may be sent to this office/Xen./Monitoring, DHBVN, Hisar fortnightly for appraisal of worthy M.D., please.
