    A group of 45 Christian individuals residing in Sitio Magasuso, Bulo, Tabuk City, Kalinga Province are requesting affiliation with the Christian and Missionary Alliance Churches of the Philippines (CAMACOP). They have been participating in CAMACOP fellowships and activities since July 2014 under the leadership of Pastor Nathan Magollado of the Nambaran Christian Alliance Church. As evangelical/Pentecostal Christians who believe in the Trinity, they feel CAMACOP's constitution and bylaws align with their beliefs and want to be officially accepted into the organization.

    DEAR REVEREND:
    We the undersigned group of Christian individuals residing at Sitio Magasuso, Bulo, Tabuk City,
    Kalinga manifest our desires to affiliate to the Christian and Missionary Alliance Churches of
    the Philippines (CAMACOP) because we were blessed in joining several fellowships and other
    church activities with the members of this Christian organization in the Province of Kalinga. We
    started joining in July 2014 so that we were oriented and understood the Constitution and ByLaws, and other Policies of CAMACOP under the leadership of Pastor Nathan Magollado, pastor
    of Nambaran Christian Alliance Church (NCAC), Nambaran, Tabuk City Kalinga. We felt free
    and comfortable on it, and freely and voluntarily accepted it to govern us towards our Christian
    growth.
    As regards to our Christian background, we came from different evangelical/Pentecostal Christian
    denominations believing Jesus Christ as our Saviour, understood fully and have undergone water
    baptism. Like most Christian groups, we believe God exists in three persons -- the Father,
    Son (Jesus), and Holy Spirit. We believe all three are alive and at work today. We also
    believe this God of three persons is the one and only true God (Matthew 28:9; Luke 3:22; 2
    Corinthians 13:14).
    In view of the foregoing, we are respectfully requesting that we will be affiliated and
    accepted in the Christian and Missionary Alliance Churches of the Philippines (CAMACOP).
    In witness hereof, we have hereunto set our hands this ________ day of __________________,
    2014 at Magasuso, Bulo, Tabuk City, Kalinga Province, Hpilippines.
