Applications (A) Registration under PD No.1529 (Property Registrat ion Decree) Registration under Sec. 14(1), PD No. 1529 ~ “Those who by themselves or through their predecessors-in-interest have been in open, continuous, exclusive and notorious possession and occupation of alienable and disposable lands of the public domain under a bona fide claim of ownership since June 12, 1945, of earlier.” © Applicant must be a Filipino citizen; © Land is agricultural, already. classified as alienable and disposable land (A and D) at she time the application is filed; © Applicant, by himself through his predecessors-in-interest, has been in open, continuous, exclusive and notorious possession and occupation thereof, in the ‘concept af owner (OCENCO): # Since June 12, 1945.
