single double or triple, do it for multiple sets, then 3 assistance movements fo
r each lift,
bodybuilding day like 4 movements for 100 reps, its for pump and reovery
peaking goes 4wk out hit 3rd attempt, 3wk out hit 2snd attemp, 2wk out opener, 1
wk reocover and
volume is tapering down
