RONALD DID NOT RAPED JULIA

ARGUMENTS IN FAVOR FOR RONALD


1. The night after the wedding party
Julia and Ronald agreed to make
love.
2. Ronald and Julia were sweethearts
2 months prior to the rape incident.
3. According to the medical examiner
there were no sign that may
indicate a struggle and being
wrestled on the rough and dry
ground.
4. The medical examiner found
lacerations suggesting that Julia is
still a virgin prior to the incident.
5. Julia called Ronald the following
day insisting that he should marry
her because she might get
pregnant.
6. To make amends, Ronald
convinced Julia to walk her home
and sit in a piece of log near the
house of Mario were the romantic
activity happened.
7. Julia became angry at Ronald
during the wedding because of the
jokes made by the latters friends
that lead to the walking out of the
former out of the party alone.
8. Mario stated that he did not here
any outcry near his house and
mentioned that its a full moon and it
shines brightly.
Conclusion:

ARGUMENTS AGAINST RONALD


1. Julia testified that Ronald raped the
night of June 12 at the wedding
party.
2. Julia testified that Ronald is still a
suitor not her boyfriend.
3. Julia stated that she struggled to
get free but because of the knife
pointed at her she remained silent.

4. Its likely to have vaginal lacerations


during the first sexual intercourse.
5. Julia kept the incident for herself
because her parents might to
something bad to her.
6. Julia walked across the farm near
marios house because it is a
shortcut to their house.

7. When Julia was walking home


alone, Ronald caught her arm and
wrestled her to the ground near the
House of Mario.
8. She mentioned that the incident
happened in a jagged and difficult
path.

According on the arguments stated above, Ronald Galang should and must be
acquitted of the charge of rape by Julia because of the inconsistencies of the statement
made by the victim on the alleged rape incident.
