For the line diagram of residential building given below, draw to scale (1:50), a fully
dimensioned plan and section along AA of a single storied residential building with the
specifications mentioned below. All dimensions in the line diagram and given in
specification are in millimeters.

is a load bearing wall structure. All External walls are in brick masonry in C.M. (1:6)
230 mm thick and all the partition walls are 115 mm thick. Plan the building as per
principles of planning to suit the following requirements:
Drawing, Living/Dining, Master Bed Room with attached toilet, Children Bed room,
common toilet, Kitchen & Internal staircase.
