    loto provision for Nitrogen line of expansion tank, Also


    Switch loto (not able to lock in/ lock out)
    Full sleeves(hand protection) chemical resistant aprons to
    provided currently we are using half sleeves chemicl
    resistant aprons
    Separate PPE box to be provided atleast Delicate PPE's Like
    Shockproof electrical Rubber handgloves
    Full & Empty Oxygen cylinders are kept near to each other
    ( Hot work genertor)
    DA & oxygen trolley Needs to shift to other place as it is
    kept near Extension board in case of leakage it can leads to
    fire.
    Proper Insulation for crocodile pin to be provided & atleast
    10 sqmm multistrand insulated ground wire to be used.
    Also grip should be proper (according to Bis 694)
    Lock in /lock out provision to be implemented for starter of
    exhaust of filter cleaning cabin on Body shop AHU platform.
