    1. Name the available 3 computer subsystems and briefly describe them.


    2. With aid of a diagram describe how the 3 buses connect the subsystems.
    3. Illustrate the Von Neumann and Harvard computer architectures.
    4. What are Microcontroller families? Include examples in the answer.
    5. A microcontroller consists of a 16bit address bus and 8bit data bus. (One
    addressable location is 8bits long)

    What is the maximum memory it can access?


    How many cycles does it take to access a 16 bit value from
    memory?

    6. Describe how you could use a microcontroller to automate a car window


    mechanism.
