Taught three freshman Biology classes (20+ students per class) in urban public exam school for a full
10-week term.
Designed and taught numerous lesson plans integrating technology, lecture, hands-on activities, labs, and
more to ensure that material is accessible to all students, including those on an IEP or with special
accomodations.
Established good relationships with students in all classes.
Integrated cooperative learning activities for students to create a sense of community, develop
communication skills and demonstrate their strengths.
Collaborated with fellow Full Practicum students as well as Biology Department members at Boston
Latin School.
Also completed a 10-day Pre-Practicum at Boston Latin School in the Fall of 2013
