Application by the Defendants under Section 151 CPC read with all
other enabling provisions of law to place additional documents on the
record of the titled suit.
Respectfully Sheweth: 1.
That the titled suit is pending before this learned court and fixed on 14-05-2005.

That on the last date of hearing of 07-5-2005, arguments on the application by the
Plaintiffs under Order 39 Rules 1 & 2 CPC were made by the parties and the
learned court was pleased to adjourn the suit for 14-05-2005 for order on the
aforesaid application

That during the course of arguments on 07-5-2005 on the application under Order
39 Rules 1 & 2 CPC, the counsel for the Defendants had submitted to the learned
Court and the learned Court placed in the file of the suit, the copies of the five
sale deeds and Zari Fard Jamabandies of two pieces of the land that are subject
matters of the titled suit and situated at the Chak No. 207 R.B Tehsil & District
Faisalabad and Chak No. 234 R.B Tehsil & District Faisalabad.

That along with the written statement, the Defendants have filed all necessary
documents. However, the Defendants/ Applicants desire to place on the record of
the titled suit copies of the aforesaid five sale deeds and Zari Fard Jamabandies
of two pieces of the land that are subject matters of the titled suit and situated at
the Chak No. 207 R.B Tehsil & District Faisalabad and Chak No. 234 R.B Tehsil
& District Faisalabad as per details below:
A) Copies of the documents for the land situated in Chak No. 207 R.B
Tehsil & District Faisalabad;

B) Copies of the documents for the land situated in Chak No. 236 R.B
Tehsil & District Faisalabad;

It is submitted that the law allows the parties to file and place additional
documents, which are necessary for adjudication of the matter in better
perspective. The placing of the above documents in the record of the case is also
in the interest of justice.
It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that the Honourable court may be pleased
to order to place the aforesaid documents specified in para 4 above the record of the titled
suit.
Any other order deemed fit and proper may also kindly be passed.
