This document lists 17 bore hole locations for a dam project, along with notes providing details on their locations. The bore holes were situated in the vicinity of the spillway on the left bank, in the river course and vicinity of the left and right banks, in the dam alignment on the right bank, and in the spillway discharge channel. The depths of investigation were the full height of the dam for the deepest river bed bore holes and half the dam height for other bore holes.

The depth of investigation for the deepest river bed bore holes is height of dam (H). For other bore holes the depth of investigation is H/2. Depth of water at deepest bed level for revised FRL = 1139 - 1104 =35m Depth of water at deepest bed level for revised MWL = 1141.5 - 1104 =37.5m
