MP (Oxley) is encouraging children to be active through cycling. It is an important part of a childs growth to maintain a n a c t i v e a n d h ea l t h y lifestyle, Mr Ripoll said.
He said the ride started at Reddacliff Place (Brisbane CBD), was 66km and there was a halfway point if it seemed too daunting for those with families. A special offer is available
for families to pay for two adults and then be able to allow up to five children under the age of 16 to ride for free.
