Natural Gas Customer: Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), Dresden, Germany Plant: 9 x TCG 2032 V16 with a total of 31 MWe The AMD chip factory in Dresden opted for the MWM engines because our plant produces electricity of a better quality than the German grid. Moreover, the waste heat is used for heating and cooling, resulting in very high utilisation of primary energy.

Special Gas Customer: Italiana Coke, Cairo Montenotte, Italy Plant: 8 x TBG 632 V16 + 1 x TCG 2032 V16 with a total of 24 MWe The MWM engines were installed at Italiana Coke for eco-friendly utilisation of the generated coking gas. This gas has a hydrogen content of 60% by volume. With this power plant, the customer has gained a second pillar. The statutory power refund furnishes the operator with secure income from the sale of generated electricity in addition to its actual core business, the production of metallurgical coke. Greenhouse Customer: Delta Nutsbedrijven B.V., Netherlands Plant: 12 x TBG 620 V16 K + 4 x TCG 2020 V20 with a total of 27 MWe The plant was established in three stages and supplies 50 ha of tomatoes and peppers with heat and CO2 (plant fertiliser from the cleansed waste gas from the engines), thereby boosting the production by 20%. All MWM gensets supply the electricity to the public grid of DELTA Energie at the 10 kV level. MWM rolled out the turnkey project for the customer in the form of an integrated, economic power supply (overall efficiency: 95%). Diesel Customer: Atlas Copco Plant: Container gensets with TCD 2016, 50/60 Hz, 4501,140 kVA Atlas Copco, a leading manufacturer of generators, makes use of MWM engines due to their extraordinary performance. The global availability and the excellent aftersales service guarantee a long useful life and smooth operation.
