INMOBI. BANGALORE, INDIA. (07/2011 04/2012) InMobi is the worlds largest independent mobile ad network, and reaches 691m users per month. Led mobile marketing campaign execution to drive business growth as InMobi opened new offices across Asia Pacific and China. Onboarded and grew accounts of some of the biggest advertisers in the APAC region, including Sony, Nokia, Samsung, and Hyundai among others.

RESULTS / ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Mobile Marketing: Managed a team of 20 mobile marketing campaign managers who executed campaigns of performance and brand advertisers across APAC, managing budgets of up to $1.5 million/ month. Client Servicing/Account Management: Provided leadership to 20 campaign managers to exceed revenue targets by growing advertiser accounts by optimization and data analytics. Drove growth that often exceeded 20% month on month in many sub-regions.

Hiring & Team Development: Hired, trained and onboarded new teams in InMobi's offices across Seoul, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Sydney, Shanghai, Beijing and Bangalore to establish the company's footprint across APAC. Process Development: Set up processes, including new hire training modules, campaign execution best practices, optimization checklists, client reporting templates, and key account call/presentation templates that increased team productivity and reduced new hire onboarding time. Training: Identified skill gaps and scheduled weekly training sessions to deepen client service teams understanding of product features to equip them to upsell/pitch features better. Arranged individual coaching sessions from specialized external trainers for high-achievers. Product Management: Drove analysis, testing, and client onboarding during launch of new product features like rich media ads, geotargeting, conversion tracking and ad serving refinements. Owned analysis to drive refinements in existing features to substantially increase eCPMs and network-wide revenues. Had complete top-line responsibility, and led sales and operations. Grew company from a small team with local clients and a single business line to a fully scaled team with international clients and three business lines.

Internet Marketing: Led 3 member internet marketing team in executing Google Adwords campaigns, A-B tests and analysis to enable small business clients to exceed RoI targets. Sales & Client Servicing: Led 5 member sales team in pitching to new clients, managing relationships with existing clients, and exceeding sales targets. CAPGEMINI. PUNE, INDIA. (07/2005 04/2007) Capgemini is one of the largest consulting companies in the world. Launched credit card services for global banks in new geographies.

RESULTS / ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
