A Project is a carefully planned set of activities that is required to achieve a clearly defined goal or outcome through the application of appropriate time and resources.

Project management is a systematic process of guiding a project from its beginning through its implementation to its completion. Project management is not people skills or a software! It is a lot more than you think! Project management should focus on preventing problems rather than dealing with problems! reporting problems is too late!
