1. Objective: To provide high quality management education to students through advancement of knowledge in all business related disciplines and development of ethos of corporate professionalism in Student Managers. 15 Months Full Time 60 Students Not Applicable (Defence Officers on Study leave only approved by respective Service HQ can also enroll for the course). A student seeking admission for the Program must possess Bachelors Degree of any Statutory University or any other recognized Foreign University with minimum of 45% aggregate marks with four years work Experience (Excluding gaps) after graduation Group Exercise & Personal Interaction English Semester Pattern - 3 Semesters As per Annexure A Rs. 2, 58,160 for 3 Semesters 60 credits in Three Semesters. Each credit is defined as 15 hours of teaching. Each credit is assessed for 50 marks. Internal assessment would be 60% marks and external assessment (University) is 40%. Internal courses would be evaluated 100% internally by the Institute. The assessment of students for each examination is done, based on relative performance. student is required to pass both internal and external examination separately with a minimum Grade Point of 2.000 corresponding to Grade D. Students securing less than 40% absolute marks in each head of passing will be declared FAIL. The University awards a degree to the student who has achieved a minimum CGPA of 2.000 out of maximum of 4.000 for the program.

13. Award of Diploma:

Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Management will be awarded at the end of 15 months by taking into consideration the performance of all semester examinations.

Annexure A Semester I

SIMS

Semester I has 11 compulsory courses (with 4 internal courses) and 4 specialization courses (with 1 internal course). Total marks 1350 and 27 credits. Student has to opt any one specialization from Marketing, Finance, HR and Operation which will remain constant for all semesters.
