D.Process Flow Chart
Milk Tea Flow Chart:
Prepare the ingredients needed for the milk tea
Put the ingredients in the shaker and mix well
Add in the ice, cover shaker and shake for a nice froth
Add tapioca pearls to a cup and pour the milk tea over
Put in your big fat tea straw and enjoy
Malunggay Pandesal Flow Chart:

Mix together yeast mixture. Let rest for 10 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients and knead until smooth and elastic. Let rest until double in bulk.
Punch down and roll into a baston. Roll in bread crumbs. Let rest for 10 minutes, then cut into desired size.
Place on cookie sheet. Let rise until size doubles.
Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until golden
For the yeast mixture: lukewarm water instant yeast sugar For the dough: bread flour egg yolks malunggay leaves sugar corn oil bread crumbs salt
