    1. (a) What do you mean by the environmental barrier of listening? Explain with an example. [5 Marks] (b) Given below is a list of ambiguous messages. For each sentence, construct a polite question you could ask the speaker to help clarify the meaning. a) I need this report right away. b) This presentation needs to be perfect. c) Whenever I leave to go to a meeting, nothing gets done in this office. d) You did a heck of a job on that proposal. e) I just need a little more time to finish the job. 2. Given below is a description of how man discovered that the earth is round. Each line contains an error.
