Ebrulf OBER is the true name of subject who was born on 28 March 1920 at Petersburg, Kreis Saaz, Czechoslovakia, the 8011 of a domain official. 2. Subject graduated from the Realgymnasium in Seas in 1939.

    2, At the outbreak of the war subject was drafted for the Reichearbeitsdienst and being a Sudeten German was than automatica11i enlisted in the Waffen -SS. He was wounded by a hand grenade in 19411 and hospitalized until 1942 when he was assigned to the SS-Hauptamt.1 as being disabled for front service. After subject had recovered his health in 1944, he was returned to the eastern front where he i was captured by the Soviets on 2 May 1945. Being considered a Czeci by the Soviets, he was released at the beginning of 1946 and upon / return to Germany, was interned by the U.S. Army in the camps of ; Heilbronn and Ludwigsburg. He was released on 9 June 1946 and thei joined the ZIPPER organisation. 4. The following was copied from subject's Kennkarte: Name; .
