INTRODUCTION GOOD Afternoon Ladies and Gentlemen. It is our pleasure to welcome you all in Our Mother of Perpetual Succor Academys 60th Commencement Exercises with the theme: Building Nations Future Leaders through the K-12 Basic Education Program. 60 years have past and still OMPSA continuously builds and produces graduates who are now productive and competitive in their chosen career and fields. This afternoon as we hold the 60th commencement exercise we have the feeling of pride for our dear graduates for they finally finished another step of their journey and about to begin another, with no further adieu. HOODING RITE: The Hooding rite is a special and intimate rite for the graduating students. It is during this event that they will offer their togas to their parents that signify their achievement and successful completion in secondary school. It will allow them to surrender what they have achieve to their parents who never left them in their journey towards their main goal, The star of Success , parents who first and foremost the primary source of their strength and courage as they journey through life as persons. Parents who never get tired of loving and caring for them despite every failure and will accompany them even the world give up on them.
