    Harold D. Shane, Ph.D., is a Professor Emeritus of


    Mathematics. He taught at Baruch College, City
    University of New York for over 30 years, and was the
    Department Chair for 14 years. Dr. Shane is a prolific
    author of mathematics textbooks, research articles,
    and reviews.
