XII WORK STEP 1 Tool Box meeting to discuss Lifting Plan. Revise Lifting Plan if any condition changes from previous site orientation 2 Assign personnel as their competency 3 Prepare lifting equipment as required 4 Attach lifting accessories to load as per lifting sketch no 1 (attach) 5 Prepare lifting equipment to straight above the load and lowering crane hook to attach the lifting accessories. Maximum radius as per sketch no 1 (attach) 6 Raise the hoist untill all sling tight.
