The purpose of this handbook is to provide quick and easy reference to
all employees regarding the companys vision, mission and values,
general terms of employment, benefits, entitlements, policies and rules
and regulations.
This handbook is applicable to all employees of any of the related
associate or subsidiaries in the Company.
This handbook is the property of ABC. It should be treated as a rivate !

Preamble
/. The Terms and Conditions of =ervice contained in this handbook
are applicable to all employees in ABC ! its subsidiaries and
associate companies.
1. 'here it is found that any provisions contained herein is
materially incongruent "ith the norms of the industry in "hich
the Company operates, that provision may be modified in "riting
at the entire discretion of the Top &anagement to meet the
peculiarities of the Company.
2. In compiling these Terms ! Conditions, the Company takes the vie"
of the total benefits afforded by the packages. It is,
therefore, inappropriate to consider any term and condition in
isolation.
3. The Terms and Conditions as contained herein should be
interpreted as guidelines only. ,reat care has been taken in the
formulation of the Terms and Conditions and should have general
applicability in ma<ority of cases. 'here departures from these
guidelines are deemed necessary, the matter should be
e#ceptionally taken up "ith the Top &anagement or his delegated
authorities "ith full <ustification on a case to case basis "ho
shall then decide depending on the merit of each case.
4. The Top &anagement or its delegated authorities may, at its
entire discretion and at any time, vary, modify, annul and add to
any Terms and Conditions of service contained in this handbook
and may issue circular, directives, rules, regulations or other
instruction pertaining to the above from time to time. -ike"ise,
employees are e#pected to make reference to the *uman (esource
5epartment from time to time on the latest updates%changes.
6. This handbook shall be effective from Buly /, 1::9 and shall
supersede all other Conditions of =ervice issued by the Company
unless other"ise specified before the abovementioned date and
shall render any Terms and Conditions of =ervice issued in the
form of circular, individuals letters, practices before the
above mentioned date null avoid.
