Leonardo are entering into an agreement for child support as they are no longer living together due to irreconcilable differences. 2) Dante agrees to provide Analysil with 15,000 pesos per month in support, as well as 200,000 pesos for financial support and 100,000 pesos for their child Denzel's education.     MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:


    This Memorandum of Agreement made and entered into this
    ________________ at Zamboanga City by and between:
    1.) DANTE B. LEONARDO, of legal age, married , Filipino
    and a resident of Lunzuran, Zamboanga City herein after
    referred to as the FIRST PARTY ;
    2.) ANALYSIL B. LEONARDO, of legal age, married, Filipino
    and a resident of Lunzuran ,Zamboanga City, Philippines,
    herein after referred to as the SECOND PARTY; and
    --oo0oo-WHEREAS, both parties are no longer living together due
    to irreconcilable differences;
    WHEREAS, for the benefit of their child both parties
    agree to enter into a contract of support on the following
    terms;
    WITNESSETH:
    The First Party and Second Party are legally married on
    September 22, 2002 under Civil Rites at Siay, Zamboanga Sibugay.
    The First Party agrees to support the Second Party on the
    following terms;
    a. That the First party will give Fifteen Thousand Pesos (P
    15,000.00) a month or support but may increase the same if
    necessary.
    b. That the First party will give Two Hundred Thousand for financial
    support to the Second party and their child;
    c. That the First party will give another financial support of One
    Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 100.000.00) on account of Denzel D.
    Leonardo for her education.
    d. That a lot located at Tindalo, Vitali consisting of 1.3 hectares be
    also given to the Second Party.
    e. That in the event that the First party transfers employment, he
    should inform the Second Party and may increase allotment if
    possible.
    f. That the parties hereby undertakes to faithfully comply with the
    term and condition in their agreement;

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto affixed their


    signatures in the City of Zamboanga, Philippines this September,
    2014.

    appeared the above-named persons, all known to me to be the same

    act and deed.
