Commission Agreement
NORMIRA PEREZ DE VERA, Filipino, of legal age, single, and with residence and
postal address at Queborac drive, Bagumbayan, Camarines Sur hereafter referred to as the
PRINCIPAL;
- And -
LOLITA PAULO-OROZCO, Filipino, of legal age, married, and with residence and
postal address at 639 Z-6 Marupit, Camaligan, Camarines Sur hereafter referred to as the
AGENT;
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, this AGREEMENT is pursuant to the Deed of Absolute Sale of Property by and
between AGENT’S BUYER and NORMITA PEREZ DE VERA (PRINCIPAL/SELLER)
WHEREAS, the Principal agreed to her Agent’s condition that her property should be sold in
the amount of Twelve Million Pesos (P 12,000,000) to the AGENT’S buyer;
WHEREAS, in the consideration to the measures employed by her Agent and the efforts
she exerted that resulted in the perfection of the said sale, the Seller is obligated to pay
commission amounting to Two Million Pesos (2,000,000) to her Agent after the Agent’s buyer
completely paid his/her obligation and subject to the terms and condition hereunder prescribed,
to wit;
a) That the payment of Capital gains amounting to the selling price of TEN MILLION
PESOS ONLY shall be shouldered or paid by the Principal and the remaining
amount shall be paid by the Agent;
b) That the option of the Principal to pay her Agent commission can be thru cash or
dated check;
c) That in case the Principal fails to pay the commission to her Agent the latter may
ask for judicial relief;

This instrument consisting of five (2) pages, including this page on which this
acknowledgment is written refers to an COMMISSION AGREEMENT and has been signed by
the parties and their witnesses and sealed with my notarial seal.
