    H.B.C.P Celebrates Black History


    Month-Save the Date
    Hardy Brown College Preps 2nd Annual
    African American Program will be held
    on Friday, February 27th. Each grade
    level will be given time to do a short
    play, song, timeline, dance etc. Last
    year the event was a HUGE success! You
    wont want to miss it. Save the date!

    The first TWO families to refer 4
    different families to Hardy Brown
    College Prep, will have an
    opportunity to win a family of 4
    dinner and movies prize on us. All
    families must be referred by Friday,
    February 27th. Please see Ms. Becerra
    for more details.

    Perfect Attendance Luncheon


    Any scholar who has zero absences in
    Trimester 1 AND Trimester 2, will be
    invited to a Perfect Attendance Luncheon
    along with their family, on February 24th.
    Invites will go out the second week of
    February. Trimester 2 will end in midFebruary. Lets keep bringing our scholars
    to school every day, on time!

    H.B.C.P is selling yearbooks!!


    Yearbooks are on sale now for
    $10 until January 30th, 2015! If
    you want to purchase a yearbook
    for your child(ren), please take an
    envelope from the front office,
    insert your money, and write
    yearbook on the envelope and
    place the envelope in the deposit
    box in the office. $10 is a GREAT
    price! After January 30th,
    yearbooks will be $15.

    Intent to Return Forms


    On Monday, January 12th, Intent
    to Return forms were handed out
    to each scholar. The Intent to
    Return forms are used to let us
    know if your child will be
    attending H.B.C.P next school
    year, and also ensures your
    childs spot for the next
    school year. Spots are not
    guaranteed unless the form is
    returned.
    All Intent to Return forms need to
    be returned to the school by
    Final Deadline: Monday,
    February 2.

    Immunizations Required for


    Incoming 7th graders
    If your scholar is in 6th grade
    this school year, he/she will
    need to have the following
    before enrolling into 7th grade:
    *Tdap Booster*: 7th grade: 1
    dose on or after 7th birthday
    *Proof of booster must be
    provided to your childs
    1. school
    by July 31, 2015
