    January 2013 till now : PT.Sari Dumai Sejati/PT.Cemerlang Energi Perkasa,


    Dumai-Riau, Production Department as a Plant Manager for Biodiesel
    Plant & Oleo Chemical Plant. Job area : 2 x 600TPD Biodiesel Plant
    (Desmet Ballestra) using trans-esterification process by using sodium
    mehylate as catalyst in the reaction process between TG and Methanol.
    Desmet Ballestra using 3 reactors with 3 injection points of methanol and
    catalyst with one unit Westfalia centrifuge (separator). Crude Glycerin as
    by product, produced with concentration 85% min. We are using RBDPO,
    RBDPL, RBDPS and RBDPKO as feed stock to produce POME, PLME,
    PSME and PKME.
    Oil Splitting Plant 2 x 500TPD (JJ Lurgi-Malaysia) with pre-concentrator
    and 2 x 220 TPD Glycerin Treatment and Glycerin Evaporation Plant.
    Product is SPKFA (Splitt Palm Kernel Fatty Acid) with by product Crude
    Glycerin concentration 88% min.Also responsible to manage tank farm
    biodiesel and tank farm Oleo Chemical.
    Also in charge as a Continuous Improvement (CI)/Kaizen Promotion
    Officer in SDS Complex.

    December 2003 December 2012 : PT. Sari Dumai Sejati/PT. Cemerlang


    Energi Perkasa,Dumai-Riau, QC Department as a QC Manager. Job area :
    2 x 1700 MT/Day Palm Oil Refinery & Fractination Plant ( Lipico ) +
    3000TPD Palm Oil Refinery/Fractionation (Lipico), 2 x 600 MT/Day Bio
    Diesel Plant / Trans-Esterification Plant ( Desmet Ballestra ), 600 MT/Day
    Kernel Crushing Plant ( Muar Ban Lee ), 6 x 5000 MT Bulking Terminal,
    including the utilities unit,etc.The others function as a ERM (enterprise
    risk management) in SDS Complex. In 2007-2008 set up Biodiesel Lab so
    that lab can test the parameters follow to EN 14214 spec, ASTM spec,

    SNI 7182:2012 spec (Pertamina Spec) and have a good results to support
    commisioning Biodiesel Plant in 2008.

    July 2012 December 2012 : in charge for PT. Asian Agro Agung Jaya,
    Tanjung Balai Sumatera Utara as a QC Manager. Job Area : 250 TPD Wet
    Fractionation CPO and 225TPD CPKO Refinery Plant

    2006 2012 : PT. Sari Dumai Sejati as a Coordinator for Internal Auditor
    Halal.
    2006 2011 : PT. Sari Dumai Sejati as a Management Representative for
    HACCP, ISO 22000 and GMP+ system.
