ABSTRACT
Pakistan is a country that faces many difficulties including a weak economy, Low income,
illiteracy, and a lack of understanding of the importance of education.
The child Day care and Early Childhood Education and Development Projects were developed
in response to these issues, and hope to decrease the vulnerable situation of children in the
Islamabad city.
My day care center project aims to provide a safe and educational environment where the skills
and potential of every child will be nurtured, while parents go out to work. Parents can drop their
children under the age of 6 years, off in the morning and pick them up again at the end of their
workday. While at the Day care children will engage in a number of educational activities that will
give them a head start for Primary school. A reasonable fee per month is charged to the parents
to offset operating costs.
My Daycare Center is a start-up limited liability corporation (LLC). it is a full-service child
care/development facility for children ages three months to six years, will offer a secure, loving
environment and will be staffed by child care professionals trained in early learning programs
and curricula.
Given our teams professional training, credentials and distinguished experience, we will offer
the same quality of day care services and programs as well as the accreditations that the
large, national chains do, but at approximately 25% lower prices.
We intend to diversify our service offerings after our first year in business, thereby adding new
revenue streams and increasing operating income by Concentrating on the upper eng of the
market: double- income professional parents. These personally ambitious parents are typically
eager in terms of their children development and will be willing to pay to have their children
attend the best facilities
Our daycare aims to educate, medically assess and cares and affordably provide a home away
from home environment for their child (ren). The company will be incorporated by three
members who saw the opportunity to parents with an alternative child care experience to what is
being currently offered, while providing world class day care in a developing country.
The Market
The child care market is quite competitive in Islamabad Area. There are over 100
different facilities.. There are also many different smaller locally run and owned
faculties. While the largest facilities can host between 20-100 children, the locally run
centers typically have a maximum capacity of 20 children.
As mentioned earlier, the market is quite competitive. Sunny side will employ two
strategies to differentiate themselves. The first is a pricing structure where sunny side
services will be priced 25% less than the larger commercial run facilities. The second
differentiating effort will be benchmarked customer service. A customer-centric
philosophy will be infused within the entire organization. Sunny side will spend extra
money to attract and train the best employees. This is especially important because it is
the employees that interact with both the children and parents and will have the best
chance to impress them enough to turn them into a loyal customer as well as to be
vocal in telling their friends about their positive child care experience
Management Team
Mrs Khan is the founder, owner and Managing Member of My Day Care Center LLC. She will
serve as the Center Director (often abbreviated as CD), and is therefore responsible for all of
the centers operations as Mrs. Khan has spent her entire professional career in child care and
development.
Mrs. Naghma will serve as the centers Child Care Teacher and will develop the centers
educational programs and curricula and lead the learning sessions on-site she is a dedicated,
positive and outgoing caregiver who has been extensively trained in child development and
early-childhood education.
Safe Kids will reach sustainable profitability over the next three years, Through a
combination of well-priced services, outstanding customer service, and a well-seasoned
management team, Safe Kids will quickly gain market share and a reputation as a
premier child care provider.
Products and Services

My Day Care Center will be a locally-owned, nationally-accredited full-service facility, catering
primarily to families with children aged three months to six years (pre-kindergarten) and who are
interested in bi-lingual learning (English and french).
Customers
Safe Kids will be concentrating on two different target customer segments. The first is
full-time working couples. This group is forecasted to account for 80% of Safe Kids'
business. This group is growing at a rate of 25% and there are over 100 potential
customers in a 10 mile radius. The second group of customers are drop in, customers
who use Safe Kids sporadically, whenever the need arises. This group is growing at
20% and there are 50 potential families
Required Funds
The company seeks Rs 400,000 in start-up capital in exchange for 15% of the Member Interests
in My Day Care Center LLC. The funds will be primarily be used to secure the centers lease,
improve the facility, and purchase and lease furniture and furnishings, including safety and
security products.
The company has no loans and, if the Rs.400, 000 of equity is raised, we do not anticipate
needing a commercial or personal loan.
